You will discuss the nutritional benefits of super foods, and how introducing more raw (natural plant based) foods into our daily eating regimes can assist in our over-all health. Eating the right foods can help with reducing stress, anxiety and depressive states of being, increase our immunity and gut health and bring greater clarity into our lives.

You will learn Raw food cooking skills and get to feast on many different foods from savory to sweet healthy treats!.. Example - Raw Pad Thai, RawStir Fry, Raw Caramel slice, Raw ice cream, Raw lemon Slice, Raw Cheese Cake and much much more...

No refined white processed sugars or products are used at this demonstration. You will gain knowledge on the best natural sweeteners and produce to use to assist in optimal health.

You will also get to take home all handouts of recipes and any left overfood, so bring a container just in case!

All food used on the day is Organic and in season.

I was disappointed with the course because I was expecting to learn more about healthy raw dishes instead of raw deserts. The course was mostly about sweet treats loaded with coconut oil, except by one tomato soup and a green salad. Also, the instructor was not fully prepared, needing someone to bring ingredients and glass jars from Ceres Grocery shop. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend to a friend.
