Your Trainer:

Nase Supplitt Nase has been a vegetarian for 21 years and vegan for the last 6 years. He started cooking for himself at the age of 15. In his 20s he worked as a cook in various establishments. Nase is a giving and enthusiastic teacher and enjoys cooking for his family and friends as well as organising CERES staff cook-ups

I really enjoyed this course and learning how to make vegan 'cheese'. The variety of foods that we made in one day was very impressive, with some things ending up like pate and spreads, but all the flavours were great. It was also a really great opportunity to share and explore a range of topics on a vegan diet with others and the teacher. Nase was really entertaining and had lots of great tips and information about vegan cooking. His style was very relaxed and friendly.
