Eating the vegan way need not be boring or tasteless. In this course you will be shown a selection of vegan dishes…with an Italian flavour!

The meals are simple, delicious and quick to prepare. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to make an assortment of dishes and finish with a feast of your own making.

Menu will include:

Napoli sauce


Rosemary and olive focaccia

Ricotta and spinach stuffed shells

Almond and cherry cake

Trainer Bio:

Michelle has been vegan for 6 years. She loves ‘veganising’ dishes that she grew up eating.  Some of her fondest childhood memories are of making risotto with her Nonno and cakes with her mum. Michelle will show you that not only is vegan Italian food delicious, but it can be easy too!
